Appliance Return (RMA)
If an appliance is defective or not functioning properly, you can submit an RMA request to return the device for inspection and repair.
How the RMA Process Works

Submit an RMA Request:
Please initiate your RMA request through our online service:

Receive Confirmation:
After submitting your request, you will receive an RMA number and further instructions via email. -
Securely Package the Device:
- Use the original packaging or suitable protective packaging
- Ensure that all necessary accessories (e.g., power adapters, cables) are included if required
- Clearly write the RMA number on the package

Send the Package to Landitec:
Ship the package to the return address provided in the confirmation email. -
Inspection and Processing:
- Our technical team will analyze the issue and proceed with repairs or a replacement if necessary
- You will receive status updates regarding your return via email
Important Notes
- Incomplete or unauthorized returns cannot be processed
- Please ensure that the appliance is not damaged due to external factors (e.g., physical damage), as such cases are not covered under warranty
- If the device is out of warranty, you will receive a cost estimate for possible repairs after inspection
