Support Packages

Our Support Packages

We offer two different support packages to ensure the best possible protection for your appliances:

Warranty Extension (WE) – Extended Warranty

The Warranty Extension provides an extended warranty for your appliance, giving you additional security.

Warranty Extension Benefits:

  • Extends the manufacturer's warranty by 1 or 2 years (maximum of 3 years, including the first year)
  • Shared shipping costs between Landitec and the customer
  • Fast processing: The RMA process is completed within a maximum of 30 days (20 business days) after the defective device arrives

This warranty extension covers hardware defects only and does not include additional support services.


Support Package (SP) – Comprehensive Hardware Support

With the Support Package, you get not only an extended warranty but also enhanced hardware support with guaranteed response times and quick replacements.

Support Package Benefits:

  • Available for: 1, 2, or 3 years
  • Guaranteed response time: Within 4 hours during regular business hours (CET)
  • Advanced replacement: Faulty hardware will be replaced as quickly as possible
  • Next business day shipping: Replacement device is shipped on the next working day
  • Optional: Support Package Additional Year for years 4 and 5, available as an additional extension
